It's not really a rep system, because the server we are using doesn't have a one yet. So this is something similer to it.
here it is-

to add rep to someone you click on there user profile and add or subtract pionts in rep.
You can only give a user up to 10 pionts in reputation or subtract only 10 pionts, but no more that 10.

But becuase this means you can give yourself rep, this power will only be allowed to staff members.
